Lisa is a certified Life Coach trained by New Ventures West, an international coaching institute. She helps women in transition, including empty nesters as well as clients that need to build up their confidence, increase their assertiveness, and speak more boldly – all while maintaining their authenticity.
Having worked as an Account Executive for a global insurance broker, Lisa understands the pressures of the corporate world. As an introvert in this setting, she has learned that the seeming “weaknesses” of being more reticent and modest can be turned into strengths, such as: an ability to dig deep, having good listening skills, being observant, and providing thoughtful analysis.
One of Lisa’s specialties is supporting women as they go through transition—in particular, the empty nest where she has first-hand experience. She understands the challenges and how important it is to develop a strategy to make this transition go more smoothly.
Lisa meets people where they are and walks alongside her clients as they discover their strengths, develop new skills, and create SMART goals that emerge from passion. Along the way, Lisa challenges her clients to get out into the world and participate in a meaningful way.
